Admission Procedure
Written tests and an interview will be held on different dates based on applications received. Eligible candidates will be called for written tests and interview according to merit and depending upon seats available. Ineligible candidates will not be informed separately. Admission will be based on the candidate’s qualifying degree marks, his performance in written tests and an interview to be held at the Institute. The written tests will be in
1. General English ( Essay writing , Grammar and composition)
2. The candidates' respective subjects studied at graduation level
Selection of candidates
Candidates will be informed of the selection on the day of the interview itself.
All selected candidates will undergo a medical test at the Institute on the next day.
If found medically fit, candidates coming from Universities outside Karnataka state must apply for an 'Eligibility Certificate' from the University of Mysore on the same day by
Paying the prescribed fee at the University. The University revises this fee every year .
All selected candidates will pay the prescribed fee at RIMSE on the same day by demand draft in favour of ‘Ramakrishna Institute of Moral and Spiritual Education, Mysore ‘.
Those who do not pay the fees on the same day will forfeit their admission.
The candidates should report at RIMSE a day before the classes commence along with the fees payable at that time. Detailed Instructions about the commencement of classes will be intimated to selected candidates separately.
